The first consultation will provide you with a Personalised Wellness Plan giving you a detailed health analysis and help you make positive decisions based on knowledge with tips, tricks and strategies to make a long lasting difference to your health.
The second stage focusses primarily on diet with a more detailed approach on foods, dietary habits, menus and meal plans, recipe resources, types of exercise and movement.
